A dumb dog has no luck with the ladies, until he notices a beautiful dog in front of a house. However, he's not smart enough to realize it: She's just a statue. The house is guarded by a vicious bulldog. Then workmen arrive to collect the statue. She's going to be melted as scrap for the war effort!
