In an alternate future governed by an oppressive dictatorship where music has been outlawed, a man keeps a secret stash of music hidden until he is caught and imprisoned. Whilst paying for his crimes with forced labor, he stumbles across a repository of music paraphernalia that has been confiscated by the authorities. He decides to secretly return the music back to their original owners and in the process, inadvertently starts a revolution.
